With Drupal as backbone, ZZP Nederland wants to strengthen its position as the largest representative of independent professionals.

Case description

ZZP Nederland is the largest independent representative for independent professionals in the Netherlands. Together with more than 50.000 members, they pursue the best interests of the self-employed professionals.

The new website is the primary channel through which ZZP Nederland reaches and interacts with its members, and is therefore of strategic importance. A high level of service, assistance and many collective benefits makes the community grow steadily.

ZZP Nederland has set out a clear course towards a target of 100.000 members. This allows a better position at the 'table in The Hague'. Based on the Drupal CMS, we produced a website with various integrations. One of the most important integrations was the AllSolutions integration, which exchanges member data with the CRM system.

Based on a Discovery process, we have developed the best possible User Experience, with the focus on attracting new members. Once a member is registered the new personal dashboard offers all information about the account and the chosen membership at a glance.

Case goals and results

ZZP Nederland has a clear objective in mind, which is to grow the membership base from 50.000 to 100.000 affiliated members. This growth is of strategic importance for the effectiveness of the representative. Online plays a key role in this.

A new membership model has been introduced. New members can now choose between a basic, plus and premium membership with matching member benefits, including single sign on with Rocketlawyer for plus and premium members.

The website is designed to generate maximum conversion. An important aspect here is measuring! From a 0-meeting to real-time insights into visitor processes. We have set up a detailed and well-organized data dashboard that provides both editors and management with easy insight into the performance of the website.

Challenges

ZZP Nederland wanted to integrate the new website with their customer management system. We have developed a full integration with Allsolutions, with which all registrations and accounts are processed and synchronized. We realized the integration by working closely with ZZP Nederland and All solutions.
